FUNDRAISING WITH SCRIP
Scrip is a program that allows you to purchase gift cards in everyday categories including groceries, gas, restaurants, and more. Similar to the Band’s grocery card program, you purchase a gift card that pays back a percentage of the value toward your band assessment.

How much of the face value of each card can be applied to grocery purchases?
All of it! For example, if you purchase a $100 Cracker Barrel card, you will be able to purchase $100 worth of food at Cracker Barrel.
How much can I earn by using these cards?
The rebate percentage varies by company, and the rebate offers may vary over time as well. Once you're enrolled in the program, you will receive emails about Scrip promotions.
Does the entire rebate go to my band assessment?
80% of the rebate will go to your individual band assessment, while 20% goes to the Band General Fund.

Can I only use physical cards?
No, you can also use ScripNow eCards to make instantaneous purchases from your mobile device
How quickly will I receive physical cards I order?
When physical cards are purchased, they will be mailed to the Cary Band Booster Scrip Coordinator, who will distribute as appropriate. Generally, orders for physical cards will be placed twice a month. Once the orders have been placed, cards arrive the following week.
