Steps off at 10 a.m.
Route offically begins at the corner of Academy & Chatham (by Ashworth's Drugstore), proceeds down Academy, around the old Cary Elementary School building, and then down Walnut to end at Cary High School.
Best spots to watch? Along Academy and along Walnut (a little more elbow room here).

Two Awards Ceremonies--
Classes 1A, 2A, and 3A approximately 5:30 p.m.
Classes 4A and 5A pproximately 10:30 p.m.
The Cary Area Middle School Mass Band will perform to open the second half of competition at approximately 6:30 p.m. This year's guest director is TBD.
The Cary High School Marching Band will perform in exhibition twice, at approximately 5:15 p.m. and 10:15 p.m.
